House Rules

Service dogs (with certification) are allowed for an extra cleaning fee of $100/stay. Guests may use the fire place for an additional $50 cleaning fee. Quiet hours at 10PM on weekdays and 12 midnight on weekends. NO SMOKING! NO MARIJUANA! Owner keeps their belongs on-site. They are clearly labeled. So please don't touch. No parties. Maximum 7 persons. Must check-in with front desk to obtain parking pass.

This is a first floor unit so it is handicap accessible. You'll have access to both bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample storage for guests as well as all of our cooking supplies (spices, condiments, and all other kitchen staples).

Great place! My son had acl surgery and it was easy to get into. We enjoyed having the two bedrooms, washer/dryer, and a great kitchen. Owen was great with communication and always tried to help. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 4 stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was a hit! Had everything we could need, was very clean, was surrounded by stuff to do & beautiful mountains. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Owen’s place is perfect for a family trip to the mountains. Well located for any type of activity near Avon, furniture was in great condition, the place was very clean, kept at a great temperature all day, kitchen had everything you need to cook any meal, and it even had a good amount of board games, a PS5, and a cozy living room. Owen was also very responsive and accommodating to our request to make our stay just what we needed it to be. 100% would go back to Owen’s place.

Find us

Westin Gondola (direct to Beaver Creek) is about a 7 minute walk. The bus route to Beaver Creek and Vail is about a 4 minute walk (in front of the Sheraton - Avon). Nottingham lake is also a 3 minute walk away.
