Great place! My son had acl surgery and it was easy to get into. We enjoyed having the two bedrooms, washer/dryer, and a great kitchen. Owen was great with communication and always tried to help. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Owen's place! We were two families with kids and the place was super comfortable, cozy, and extremely well equipped. Everything was super clean, the distribution of the apartment was really comfortable and gave every family privacy and enough space.
Kids LOVED the PS5 and all the games available. Kitchen was stupendous!! Have all utensils, pans, cutting boards, etc, etc. Perfect for a family trip.
We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We stayed after a renovation and it was great. It has a great location with everywhere we wanted to go within a five min drive. Very helpful instructions. We would stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was a hit! Had everything we could need, was very clean, was surrounded by stuff to do & beautiful mountains. Absolutely recommend staying here!

This was a perfect location to be able to get to multiple surroundings activities. We loved having the lake so close and having the hot tub after a day of hiking was awesome. The bathrooms were nicely updated and clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. This is a first floor unit so if you are a light sleeper you may hear footsteps above

Owen’s place is perfect for a family trip to the mountains. Well located for any type of activity near Avon, furniture was in great condition, the place was very clean, kept at a great temperature all day, kitchen had everything you need to cook any meal, and it even had a good amount of board games, a PS5, and a cozy living room.
Owen was also very responsive and accommodating to our request to make our stay just what we needed it to be.
100% would go back to Owen’s place.
